School Courses: Eight hours

Run in term time alongside the school curriculum

 
Duration of Courses:
Five mornings/afternoons
 
Length of lesson
one and half hours or two hours depending on level of course.

Three tier courses:
level 1 National Standard (1 instructor : 8 trainees)
level 2 National Standard
(1 instructor : 4 trainees)
level 3 National Standard (1 instructor : 2 trainees)

Private Groups: Eight hours

Minimum numbers 6. Ages 9 and upwards. Available after school, weekends and holidays. This is an eight-hour course run over 4 or 5 days.

 
 
 

Safe Cycle Routes to School: Three hours

Maximum numbers 1. Age 9 and upwards. Run after school or at the weekend. One to one tuition. This is a three-hour course. Consisting of two sessions of one and half hours. We'll show you how to cycle your school route safely and confidently.

 

Ladies Urban Taster session: One and a half hours

Maximum numbers 4. Any age. Run during the week. One off session of an hour and a half. We will cycle around your local area with brief stops for tips and discussion, ending with a well deserved coffee break.

 

Ladies Urban Cycling courses: Eight hours

Enjoyed the Taster session, why not take the four week course? Minimum numbers 6. This is an eight hour course. Four sessions of two hours. Stopping for coffee and post session discussion.
